#asktheexperts i want to stop breastfeeding to my child I don't feeding him last night but my brest was paining what I do for it

When you suddenly quit on breastfeeding the breast becomes heavy and tight and creates a lot of pain which is why it is important that you should slowly quit onto the breastfeeding by introducing a complimentary feeding to the child you can do hot compress and consult your doctor for medicines to dry up your breastfeed
