Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely.
Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding.
Distract your toddler.
Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

You can give tone pasteurised milk to the child and regularly replace your one breast feeding with another milk which is what is going to be helpful for you and slowly you can quit on to your breast feeding and continue with another complimentary feeding
