Have balanced diet with 3 meals and 2 snacks schedule.
Include more vegetables, fruits water and fluids in diet.
Avoid oily,junk, processed/packed foods and continue to breast feed this will reduce weight.
Start walking daily 15-20 minutes
Early morning - warm water/detox water
Breakfast with millets/oats/portion control with any of your favourite recipes avoid or use less oil
snacks - Fruits/fruits or vegetables salad/milk with Soaked nuts or dry fruits.
Lunch
Snack - soaked nuts or fruits
Dinner must be light have early 2-3 hours before sleeping.
Before sleep have warm milk.
