#asktheexperts I want to loose weight ,I am 5 month postpartum what should be my diet so that I can loose weight and still can supply enough milk for my baby

A. hi best to take low fat , high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables i.e. spinach , cabbage , cucumber etc more take seasonal fruits like watermelon, muskmelon, kiwis, etc avoid taking processed oily spicy food. drink water around 3-4 litters per day
