RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Calpol wikoryl and maxtra af you can give these medicines for fever cold and cough to the child five drops one time fever medicine can be repeated every four hours the other two can be given three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each
