#asktheexperts I normally delivered baby girl 1 month ago I also got episiotomy and stitches got dissolved but still there is internal tension inside my vagina also haemorrhoids are there near anus facing constipation is that normal after postpartum how to cure this?

A. hemmoroids are common postnatal.. Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster. -Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage. Have a glass full of butter milk daily. Use pilex cream can be used before a bowel movement to reduce pain -Do consult your doctor for medication and further management.
