Consult your Gynaecologist and ask about contraceptive methods. Have balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods include more Water, Leafy vegetables,dry fruits and nuts, carrot, sweet potato, beet root, jaggery, pomegranate, egg, meat for nutritional requirements.
