Hi Yes you can go ahead with that that is not an issue it is just that it is high level of paracetamol so it would be like if you are sleepy maybe your child will also be little more sleepy due to the side-effect of the medicine but that would be normal then you just please do not get scared that your child is sleeping more than normal because of the side-effect of the medicine
