#asktheexperts I have twins, their mother's milk is not enough for them, so which milk should I give them, cow's milk or any other?

A. Similac is a good formula brand that you can give you have not stated the age of your kids so I would say that for initial one year you cannot give animal milk so you can start with formula milk as a mother milk is not enough so this one would be a good option for you

A. Hello! Animal milk or packet milk should be given to the child only after one year completion. Before that it is either breast milk or formula feeding. Check with your consulting paediatrician to guide you further in this regard.
