#asktheexperts I have twins baby boy this month on 27 dec they will completed one year of their life . Now my question is this can we go for cow milk ? Right now they both are on formula (Aptamil gold) along with mother feed .

A. Yes after the age of one year you are actually free to give any kind of milk that you want to give to the child animal milk full cream packet milk whatever your preferences you can of course go ahead with that which is at 20 to 30% of water to make it easy for the child to digest
