A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required. In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen timbge and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. hello mom if child doesn't have any health issues then dont worry just make sure his tummy should full before sleeping make him wear comfortable clothes room temperature should be normal not so hot not so cold room light should be dim try to give your child massage with warm oil for that his body can relax and he can sleep in one stretch also Sing lullabies
