please do the following things:
as it has been 6 months of delivery ,you can start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
walk walk and walk
don't use vehicles for short distance.
do household work like mopping.
but if you feel any discomfort please stop doing it
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it will also help to burn out extra calories
