Q.

#asktheexperts I have feeding solids queries. How should we make habituated for babies to get adjusted with spice level that family eats. Spice means chillies. So what is the best way to introduce chillies and which chillis are good to start? Green or Red? How to feed pineapple?

A. Siri can be introduced to the child from the age of 9 to 10 months and initially it should be minimum gradually slowly gradually month by month you can increase the amount of chilli into the food you cannot give too much of spicy food to the child in general also and making up to the pace of chilli that you are eating it is going to take some years so currently you can introduce chilli green or red whatever but in a very very limited and minimum quantityWrite Your Answer Here
