#asktheexperts i have birthed my twins on 14th jan 2026 , it's been more than 3 months but still they sleep a maximum of 1 hr in day time. I am struggling to make them sleep, even if they sleep they are awakening after 10 mins

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello mama Normal.. Small babies have different sleep pattern.. They will follow proper sleep pattern as they grow up. If ur babies are active and playful when awake then no need to worry.
