Q.

#asktheexperts i have a twin daughter,the younger one is much smaller . They are formula feeded since they were 3months and now they are 16months old. the younger one weight only 9.8kgs and resist milk ,i have to pump the bottle to force feed she doesn't suck the nipple on her own. Is this ok?? or should i stop feeding milk already?

A. Hi mom Weight is absolutely normal Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Make meal time fun with toys and story
