Q.

#asktheexperts I have a pet dog of 8 years, fully vaccinated, healthy and super friendly. Since birth, my baby girl has been staying in my in-laws house. Next week, I’ll be bringing her home. Should I keep the dog away from baby? Is baby at risk of getting and infection or allergies from the dog? My dog is like son to me and I really want them to get along and grow up together.

A. Siri you are dog has been there with you all alone so now you are saying that your dog is like your child so you know that in security of a human is common with the dogs also to the animal which has stayed with you for a very long time that the animal will also have a problem to have somebody new into the house who will get all your attention so you have to make them friendly from the very beginning itself it is not going to affect your child in any negative manner but if you want that want to be there can you have to let them free with each other and try to create that bond and try to you know prepare your dog also that there is going to be a new one in the house because dogs also have similar feeling like humans day
