Q.

#asktheexperts I have a one year old boy, what should I do if he someday he sleeps early without having dinner? Around 8 or so.. Should I give him milk bottle as he does have milk in his sleep anyways around 11 or 12 in the night.

A. It's OK to think about night weaning for healthy breastfed children from 12 months of age. At this age, most children are getting enough food during the day for their growth and development. But before 12 months, night weaning breastfed babies can reduce your milk supply.
