Q.

#asktheexperts i have 1 month old baby. Once i feed her and she is full she sleeps. If i try to burp her, she awakes and get cranky and cry hours before sleeping. I know that we should not interrupt their sleep. How to handle burping and making her slee

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Burping the baby is necessary. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks and take care
