#asktheexperts I had my caeserian 7 months ago. from the past few days I think mere behaviour mein change ayi h ..mje bht jldi gussa ata h ab chahe thdi si b baat ho ...i mean I react vry quickly or may b i over react sometimes.. kindly help.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. नमस्ते यह हार्मोनल परिवर्तन या तनाव के कारण होता है। कृपया स्वस्थ आहार लें। अपने शरीर को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेट रखें। आरओ का पानी पीने से बचें। किताबें पढ़ना, संगीत सुनना आदि शौक विकसित करें। अपने परिवार के साथ क्वालिटी टाइम बिताएं। योग या meditation का अभ्यास करें। पर्याप्त नींद लें।
