#asktheexperts i gain lot of weight fat after my delivery not able to loose with excercise and diet

A. Hello mom weight loss after delivery especially does take time and dedication and patients .. so don’t loose hope .. get your self involved in some physical activity for at least 30 to 45 mins a day and also be mindful of what you are consuming and avoid sugary , processed and refined foods and late heavy meals after evening
