#asktheexperts I checked with my paediatrician and she suggested I can start cows milk for my 1 year old, which brand would you recommend. also is a2 milk preferred or can we can give any cows milk? thanks

A2 is very popular and apart from that Amul is something which is very reliable so you can go ahead with either of the two brands or if you have a local trusted vendor who can get cows buffalo milk you can go ahead with that also and if you don’t want to give either of this and regular packet milk as in regular pasteurised packet milk full cream can also be given
