#asktheexperts I am worried about the growth of my child, how could I measure his growth like brain or hight?

A. Hello! Child should be doubling birth by six months and triple by one year completion. Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s daily diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced. Try engaging your child with Babyhug storybook and activities. Communicate more effectively with your child.
