Neha PatilMom of a 1 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. it is common after delivery...but u can eat well balance diet, eat plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables along with that protein is essential...daily 1 katori dal consume kare .

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and otherx supplements. drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemadex diet. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist

It’s a very good option to use onion coconut oil which you can easily prepare at home lots of recipes are available to follow secondly you should take Iron and omega-3 supplements as they are also low so sometimes due to that also you will lose onto your hair
