Q.

#asktheexperts I am pumping milk after every feed and keeping the milk in refrigerator. But however each time I breastfeed him instead of offering the pumped milk. Can I store all my pumped milk with proper time and date and store in freezer so that I can use them when my supply drips or while offering solids like cereals.

A. it is good to feed your baby directly from the breast. in case of excess breast milk supply you may store it in the refrigerator with proper labeling of dates and time.
