A. normal traditional food issufficient take little bit more protein. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take eggs and chicken. Also take chicken soup. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. You can also take soaked almonds. Thanks and take care
