A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme pcreparations like aglozyme ornu vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

A. Neopeptine drops are going to be good enough you can use them vulnerable twice a day for five days still if you feel that there is a problem with the digestive system of the child and in that case I would recommend you to get a check with your doctor to have better clarity and medication on the associative situation
