A. hi as it has been since two months ,I advise to visit your gynecologist for this. at home ,try below points which may help : 1.drink plenty of water. 2.elevate your feet I mean place pillow between your legs or under your feet ,it encourages the water to flow throughout the body avoid cutting off blood flow to the legs which can happen when a person crosses their legs or sits in restrictive positions. 3.do light exercises like walking , pilates etc it improves blood circulation and can help to reduce the swelling. 4.wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. 5.Avoid salt 6 eat potassium rich food. like apricots , banana , spinach , avacado , lentils , yoghurt etc 7.drink less caffeine instead of it take herbal tea . 8.do gentle massage .
