#asktheexperts I am exclusively breastfeeding my twins, feternal twins, baby boy and baby girl, my boy is very demanding, but my daughter is satisfied with little. I don't know how much. I switch them during each feeding. Should I not ? As he wants more. or what do you advise ? how to satisfy my boy ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 weeks agoA. dear mum , the feeding pattern n frequency varies from baby to baby so feed according to demand if baby are passing urine 6-8 time in 24 hr is active gain proper wt then feed is good good u are exclusive breastfeeding

Breast breastfeeding both the kids sometimes it is not enough for one child and sometimes enough feeding is also not available so you can consult our lactation specialist in this concern they will actually check and understand what the situation is they can advise you correctly on that
