#asktheexperts I am covid positive and my bub also got the fever and cold. he seems to be health-wise better now but cranky , what precautions I can take for my bub to make him feel better

Hi mommy Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
