#asktheexperts I am a working mom and have to return back to work immediately after 6 months of my baby, is it ok to introduce solid foods from 5 1/2 months to set a routine for my baby

A. no dear let baby get the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete after completion of 6 months baby can be given expressed breast milk and introduce top food
