Q.

#asktheexperts I am a second time mother and it's been 3 weeks of cesarean delivery of my second one. my problem is the excess milk production. my baby is not consuming what is being produced. I am expressing as well but still am engorged all the time and in so much pain. what can be done to reduce the milk production?

A. you can take Dolo tablet to relieve the pain and can also apply ice locally for relieving if you will express more than the milk production will increase instead you should give frequent feeding to your child and give intermittent time in between

See The more you express the body is going to produce more because the body gets a hint that this is the requirement so body produces accordingly that is all the you know formation of breastmilk happens if your ex pressing bill to give to the child which is why your body is making more so either you stop breastfeeding and start doing hot compress that is going to help
