Q.

#asktheexperts I am a mother of 14 months baby boy. I have lots of foot pain, I feel terrible while walking every step. I am Completely breast feeding my baby and I take calcium tablets every day. Is there anything I can do to relieve from foot pain?

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables

A. Then It’s an issue which needs to be addressed with a specialist and a Doctor Who specialises in these areas you should talk to them a proper test or a check up would be recommended before correct suggestion is giving to you it would probably be a nerve or a muscle related issue
