#asktheexperts I am a mom my is of 3 n 1/2:yrs she is still not sleeping seperate frm me

A. Hii. sometimes or I can say all the till the of their own, we are there to them..So you must have patience to try this, never force to sleep separately..I would suggest you to try this in afternoon and continue it in interval days.. like tell her to sleep Monday with you and Tuesday by her own... when she sleep alone surprise her to lean down near her bed.

A. it must be a gradual process they will not be much problem during day time but during night times baby may n the frightened to sleep alone you should inculcate the habit slowly and gradually

A. Establish a Healthy Bedtime Routine 1 A warm bath, a few good books, and some cuddling can help your child get ready to sleep in his own bed. Then, when it's time for lights out, shut off the lights and leave the room so he can practice falling asleep on his own.
