#asktheexperts I am a lactating mother of 2 month baby boy. I have constipation and due to that can't poop regularly, that's why I have taken yesterday 2 tablets ( zandu nityam) . My question is am I able to feed my baby ?

A. It’s an Ayurvedic combination so it’s not a problem but still if you’re facing constipation regularly it’s better to take medicine after consulting your gynaecologist she’ll tell you the best that you can take rather than taking anything else without doctors approval and also currently it’s not a problem you can feed your child
