A. First of all just shread all your fear from your head because if you have it you’ll find it difficult to deliver and normal delivery is not very easy but women get more scared and panic and go for C-section which is not very good idea always prefer for normal delivery after that eat well and mindfully eat healthy but don’t hog onto the food as most of the mothers do because they feel hungry because they’re feeding a child so if you eat healthy and mindfully that would be great for your body and also if you’ve had a normal or C-section immediately start wearing the bell that the doctor suggest it will help in keeping the tummy in the place will help in avoiding your tummy and always wear your proper inner wears other wise the breast is going to start saggy
