#asktheexperts i am 5 months Postpartum but whenever i slightly tilt behind, my tummy gathers in the middle. is it normal?

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear maybe this is because of the extra fat on the Hanging tummy which is very normal after the delivery so you can try it you some weight if you are not uncomfortable and doesn't have any kind of pain then there is nothing to worry about
