Just increase the quantity of both for normal motions . Also lactulose can be guven but only if age is more than 2 yr .

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Good luck and take care.
