Dress your baby in loose, breathable cotton clothes and avoid overdressing. Bathe your baby in lukewarm water without harsh soaps, and gently pat the skin dry. You can apply a mild baby powder (talc-free) or a calamine lotion to soothe itching. Keep the baby in a well-ventilated, cool room, and avoid direct sun or heat. If the rash becomes red, swollen, or develops blisters or pus, consult a pediatrician as it may be infected.
