When What do when you want to start the process make sure that first you are introducing some supplementary made to the child that your child is used to having instead of your breastfeeding so slowly it would be easier for you to get rid of it because then your child would be used to having any other complimentary milk apart from breast feeding would be easier and the body will also stop making milk gradually
