#asktheexperts How to wean breastfeeding completely. I have twins, they feed to sleep and wakes up multiple times in night for feed. We tried but they got so cranky & it takes lot of efforts to put them back to sleep without feed

A. hi mom have patience it may be little difficult initially dont worry give good dinner like mix veg dal khichdi with ghee or paneer parathas give 1 cup cows milk before sleeping if they wake up then give 1 cup milk again and make them sleep
