See that is practically not possible in this age so what you have to do is just to get a silicon tongue cleaner and clean the tongue of the child whenever you giving a bath to the child and later maybe if you want to do it you can use a soft and a wet cloth to clean the tongue there is no other need to clean the mouth in a small age
