Guys if u ask me pls not expressing give ur baby direct feed if ur facing lacthing issues thts totally normal initial days baby tries it’s hard and finger it out pls give time if u express and interduce bottle early u will land in trouble as I have faced all this then thy stop taking direct feed as it’s easy with out proper latch our body can not produce more give if expressing is the only option u have eg , u have sore nipples , baby is in nicu u can express but pls use padala(Palad) which is used for small babies
