A. Postpartum depression is mostly due to Lifestyle changes due to baby and also due to lack of sleep so try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping and spend more time with your baby ye to enjoy the motherhood and leave the other things just for sometime

A. Hello dear, do not worried at all. You can easily treat yourself now. As your baby is going to be 6 months plus and your baby will start eating semi solid diet. This will help your baby to stay full for little longer and will also sleep for a good time. So just stay happy and enjoy motherhood.
