Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

U Will have to consult a dermatologist for this because they can tell you as to what could be the issue behind it because certain times it is mostly due to oily skin that people have but there can be other issues as well so consult a dermatologist for this please
