TeecaMom of a 7 m old boy3 days agoA. Give syp paracetamol (calculated dose) and wear light cotton clothing. Give tap water sponging ( for atleast 10-15 minutes. Do not wrap your child with blankets.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl4 days agoA. Paracetamol of course is most important plus you should make sure that you are doing cold sponge also if the fever is on the higher side is definitely going to help a lot in reducing the temperature if the fever is high
