ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. during teething kids tend to put everything in the mouth which causes stomach infection and there for diarrhoea please visit a pediatrician and get proper treatment done and make sure whatever the child puts in the mouth is always mean keep the baby hydrated
