Q.

#asktheexperts how to store milk pumped every session? Does it have to be different bottles.. can we mix 2 sessions of pumped milk and then refrigerate?

A. avoid refrigeration if you are at home. try to give fresh breastmilk directly from breast. it is the least source of infections. give only breastmilk till completion of six months

A. Hello dear parent! Better to refrigerate them separately as you need to use the earlier pumped breastfeeding before. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil for muscle flexibility and skin health.
