ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. hi , ,its due to teething, attempt to speak. also baby slowly gets ready to eat solid foods by creating more saliva. Just wipe it off well , use water to clean so that rashes do not appear.
