#asktheexperts how to relieve my son from repetitive cold and cough. he has also developed habit of sticking his finger in his mouth all the time due to which he keeps catching infection every now and then. please suggest solution for the same

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also u can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday.
give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream.
try to preventt temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
keep the child well covered.
if the palms and soles of the child are cold then the child is feeling cold and you have to take preventive measures to make the child warm
