Q.

#asktheexperts how to reduce lower abdomen fats, I have delivered a healthy baby by LSCS on 14th april' 2023 (with marginal placenta previa) . can i start with my core exercise and jumping, skipping? , now I am all well.

This is what you think that you are well your external stitches will take some time to heal and the internet will take about 8 to 10 months completely to be settled and then you’ll be physically fit to do any kind of workout right now it’s not the time for you to lose on to your weight by working out
